The 2024 BSHNI annual meeting took place over two days in the summer and is held in conjunction with the Radiology section of the Royal Society of Medicine (RSM). It aims to provide a supportive and interactive educational forum with expert speakers, invited lecturers from overseas, group discussion with the opportunity to present interesting cases. Joint lectures by clinician/radiologist pairings are a popular feature of the meeting. The content, attendance and popularity of the meeting grows year on year.

A distinguished international speakers are invited to give The Phil Anslow Commemorative Lecture (Day 1) and The Dr Peter Phelps Commemorative Lecture (Day 2), both of which are now highlights of the meeting. The annual general meeting of the society and more importantly, the BSHNI Conference Dinner is held in the RSM at the end of day one.
